  I ordered my new phone thru the phone last week. I was talking to a lady who was explaining to me how to upgrade on my line and after 30 minutes of getting all my answers I proceeded for her to complete the phone order as I did not want to mess it up. As she was trying to order the phone it took 30 minutes to process it. As she continued with the transaction there was still additional issues and I waited another 30 minutes. It was finally time for me to make my payment and the system would not take it. We tried different ways and she tried different ways but it still will not work. I told her just to ship the phone to the Pico Rivera location and she said I can pay for the transaction there. 2 hours later the transaction was done. She was not able to give me any discount for the compensation of issues I was having and I can address that with customer service over the phone. Next, I got a text message 2 days ago that the phone got delivered to the Pico Rivera location. I went there and they told me that they cannot gain access to the order number that I provided. Their iPad says that it was an error and I told him well that's not my fault. Axel was giving me an explanation about corporate office and the difference of their location. All that was just a bunch of gibberish that made no sense to me all I needed to know was how to get the phone. I'm sure they have encountered various situations and they know how to resolve them. It just sounded like he didn't want to help me. He finally gave in and decided to call his manager after we're going back and forth with a long conversation. He went to the back room to speak to his manager over the phone and came back to me. He told me that his manager requested my contact information and the manager will follow up the next day. The next day comes and no phone call from the store manager. Today I contacted the phone number on Google which goes to a customer service that answers for Victor store which is not part of corporate. Anyways I got bounced from one person to another to another person. They were all telling me that the phone got delivered. I know it got delivered and I explained to them various times that when you go pick up the phone that it was never inventoried by the manager and I cannot pick up the phone. Showimg up in person would do no help. It would have been easier if I delivered it to my house. Every person I speak to tells me thank you for your loyalty for the past 24 years. I feel I need to take my business elsewhere because customer service has incredibly diminished. There's no more discounts, horrible customer service, follow-ups and the lack of knowledge from the reps. And the ridiculous charges that come up out of nowhere. I'm going to look into other phone companies. I still don't know what is going on with my new phone order and there's pending services waiting to be completed on my lines of the account.

  Customer service is excellent!they all greet you and let you know that they will be there to service you.no real wait . And fast service as I a 26 yr Verizon customer . I have had no problem. Thank you and keep up the great service
