    Avoid at all cost! Visited 3 times and rough experience every. single. time. Management need to audit this branch. Not only employees are conducting personal matters during work hours, they are doing so while engaging with customers! These led to errors to transactions in my wireless plan in which at the end of the day.. they could not help me fix. So much time wasted waiting to finish their personal call with family members, and another call with T-mobile service again for their family member? What gives? Do this on your own time and not while on the clock and in front of customer. Very unprofessional. I was patient with the first 2 visits, but the 3rd time did it for me. This is exactly the reason why Verizon is losing customers to competitors. Things like these matter. A lot.
