  While service appears friendly at first, the staff here are incompetent at resolving non boiler plate phone issues regarding their mobile network connectivity. The general manager knowing the severity of my case walked by me multiple times in store on hour long phone calls to tech support without attempting to further investigate or resolve my issue. Almost no one else employed is knowledgeable about phone activations beyond the first try steps. Don't go here if u anticipate needed anything more than surface level customer care. I will be moving it At&t

  I received poor customer service on 9/19 when I went to return a phone that had just been delivered in the mail. I was initially lied to and told I needed to mail the return and call Verizon directly for help. When I called, the Verizon rep insisted I return to the same store so they could speak with the employee there. Only after the rep asked to speak with the manager was I able to complete the return. The service throughout was dismissive. As I left, an employee commented “safe travels” because I didn’t have a California ID, completely overlooking that I’m a local customer. Overall, this experience was unprofessional and frustrating.

  This is by far one of the worst Verizon store experiences I’ve ever had. We had an appointment scheduled, yet we’ve been sitting here for over an hour and are still waiting to be helped. What’s worse is that nobody — literally nobody — is working. The staff, including the store manager, are just sitting around doing absolutely nothing while customers wait. There’s no sense of urgency, no communication, and zero professionalism. If this is how Verizon treats customers with appointments, I can’t imagine how walk-ins are handled. Completely unacceptable.

  Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Verizon Palo Alto Store Employee and Manager Dear Verizon Management, On September 22, 2025, I visited your Palo Alto store to receive service. Unfortunately, I encountered completely unacceptable behavior from an employee named Diego. This employee did not provide any assistance, showed a disrespectful and dismissive attitude, and even went as far as ordering me to leave the store without any valid reason. As a customer, being humiliated in this way and denied service is absolutely unacceptable. What makes the situation even worse is that the store manager, Chris, was fully aware of the incident and did nothing to address or correct the behavior. A manager’s responsibility is to ensure professionalism, customer care, and accountability within the store. In this case, the manager completely failed to uphold these responsibilities. This incident has not only destroyed my trust in Verizon but has also convinced me to transfer all of our phone numbers to another carrier. Verizon’s reputation for customer service is the reason many choose this company, but after this experience, I no longer feel valued or respected as a customer. I urgently request a full investigation into this matter, immediate disciplinary action against both the employee and the store manager, and firm steps to ensure that such behavior does not happen again. If this issue is not addressed, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to higher authorities.
