    Watch out for this store! We discovered that they added a second line to our account without our permission. Verizon, customer service could see that we never had any usage on that line but had been paying on it for some time. They also told us that they could tell it was not a mistake and had been done deliberately. Shady! We have had good customer service and experiences at this store in the past. But now it seems they've got some employees they really need to look into.

    Maddie went above and beyond to assist us! She is highly knowledgeable and experienced. If there was something that could not be done she found a way to do it!. Very polite and great manners. Very intelligent. Would highly recommend.

    My wife and I Showed up at 6:50pm and they only had one person working who basically sent us away because he was helping someone and hadn't taken his lunch, he told us to go to the Verizon across town, never have I had anyone tell me to go to a different store because they had to take there lunch. He might as well have closed Early and gone home for the day, why take a lunch..
