Called so many times and kept being ignored, no answer and no response back I will not be taking my pet here because they don’t care like any other place around they just care about the money.

Thank you to Dr Davis and staff of VCA Oroville. Able to get my sweet boy Inky in for an I and D the next day after I called. One sick kitty with his face blown out due to a bite from another pet kitty. Dr. Davis did excellent surgical procedure, comprehensive care and was available for questions. Great follow up. Five days later Inky is back to his usual perky self once his Penrose drain was removed. Kudos. Staff was friendly, appropriate and kind. Very professional.

What they lack in compassion, concern and empathy they more than make up for in greed, indifference and rudeness. Updated after I responded to the owner's response: They didn't have a word to say to me about it. They just wanted their online response to look as though they made an effort to address the situation.

I had the worse experienced in my life , never had such a bad service in a vet like with this corporation. They don’t know what they are doing as animal health service , they only know how to get money from you. I took my dog when she was really sick and they had made many ‘mistakes ‘ , for example they told me the regular fever in dogs is 99 degree (just google it , is not!), they charged me for an more expensive medicine that the one had been prescribed for the Doctor , they trying to charge me more hours than the hours that my dogs was there , etc ... they didn’t abused of me taking advance of my vulnerable moment . I hope nobody else more have to go thought what we went thought with this Company , they only make business and don’t care about your pet health at all . If you want to know more about my personal experience with them contact me I can tell more . Please people take care of your pet and don’t exposed them to this people treatment, they are not professionals, they are rude and they care how to make money more than help your pet.
