We have had Verizon service for about six years. We are younger seniors, know a little about technology, but not enough. Therefore, we needed help to perform these tasks, which can be tedious and time consuming. We’ve needed help with these tasks at least two other times and received good service. We went to a couple of other Verizon locations on this day and did not receive good service. We felt since we weren’t a new phone sale or new service customer, that there was a reluctance or almost refusal to help us. Some of these associates were disrespectful and rude, so we picked up our phones and left. Our last stop was to your Oceanside store on Plaza Dr. Our experience there was exceptional! We were helped by Julian M. a truly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and caring young man. He hit a few snags during the processing and transfer with the Verizon Customer Service rep, which were totally out of his control, but he was able to persevere and patiently navigate his way to a successful solution to help us establish our service. We are so grateful that Julian was able to help us that day! 🥰 He certainly brightened our day😁😄 that was otherwise gloomy and uncertain! Above all, we Glorify & Praise the LORD JESUS, for answering our prayers to provide us an exceptional worker ~ Julian M., as an instrument to help us in this very important matter. We are so thankful for Julian M.!! We pray & believe that He will have a bright future! 😇 Verizon is fortunate to have him, and you need more like him!!!
