I came to replace my sim for my phone that I had to replace and was charged $40. When I asked why it was so expensive the woman working said that’s the price and I have to pay it. I didn’t realize it was a separate company and that Verizon does this for free until I left. This is a scam and I was not provided the service with transparency.
