Dr. Wright was great and everyone else we interacted with was very nice. This was our first visit with our newly adopted dog who is very fearful after coming from a hoarding situation. Dr. Wright answered all of our questions. Everyone handled him patiently and with good care. I found the pricing/estimate process to be comparable to an independent practice where I currently take my cat. They presented top tier care options and gave me time to ask questions and prioritize.

Broadway Pet Hospital cared for our Old English Sheepdog Daisy from the time she was 6 months old and we left her old vet because of some significant issues (they since closed). Over the years we had several vets here. I was concerned when they “sold out” to VCA but in the end we were so happy with the care Daisy received here. She loved to come—mostly for the treats!—but the staff was always so loving towards here and the vets were very caring. Daisy suffered a lot with arthritis her last 2-3 years of life and they really helped her. Yes—it is expensive. Vets are expensive! I’m they don’t have an overnight hospital facility which Daisy needed once. Getting that was a hassle. One thing to note—they are not very helpful with filling Rx with third party pharmacies. They won’t respond to faxes or phone calls from such pharmacies. Instead they will support VCAs online pharmacy which is much more expensive than PetMeds or others. This is a hassle and I think it is an example of a VCA money grubbing approach. But overall I don’t see this is disqualifying compared to the care from the vets we had there. I fully expect we will return there with our next puppy!

Vet experiences are so often difficult, and expensive. This location does an amazing job of being compassionate and understanding. No dirty tricks here, just honest answers and very nice people.

I gave stars because the techs are AMAZING! They are sweet and really seemed to love my baby. The vet however was very cold and only cared to add to my final bill. I had to request for the added procedures (that we never even discussed) to be removed. I kept the poop analysis and they said I'd have an answer within 24 hours. A week later, I had to call for a follow up because no one ever called me. They just apologized and said "oh yeah he's fine. Everything looks good." While that was a relief, why could I not get a call back for an update? Especially, after spending over $100 additionally. I now have to call so I can get my proof of rabies shot that he got over 4 months ago. I just KNEW that would have emailed it to me or something. Only proof I have is a generic keychain they gave me but no personal info is on it.
