- LGLexie GreyNov 16, 20251.0Horrible employee by the name Dina (caucasian lady). Switched carriers and was trying to return equipment. Never received "UPS" box with shipping label. I called Verizon customer service line and was told ok to return equipment in store since attempt to deliver shipping label + box, both instances not received. So I went to this store and met with hostility by Dina - refusing to accept equipment return. She came up with all sorts of terrible excuses that they're unable to accept it. Only to find out there were several other customers met with the same issue! It's a catch for them to charge the $200 late return fee. Don't ever go to this branch and spend your money on any other carrier other than Verizon!

I forgot my glasses & the manager (I forgot his name) was really nice & completely helped me file my claim. I initially got our phones from Justice & she really made us feel comfortable & like part of the Verizon family. Our family is Verizon for life. If only we were able to have Verizon Internet in our area we would be the happiest people ever
