    Very annoyed with this store! I placed an order online to be picked up not even notified that my order was ready to be picked up and they just canceled my order. Verizon customer service is getting worse.

    Horrible employee by the name Dina (caucasian lady). Switched carriers and was trying to return equipment. Never received "UPS" box with shipping label. I called Verizon customer service line and was told ok to return equipment in store since attempt to deliver shipping label + box, both instances not received. So I went to this store and met with hostility by Dina - refusing to accept equipment return. She came up with all sorts of terrible excuses that they're unable to accept it. Only to find out there were several other customers met with the same issue! It's a catch for them to charge the $200 late return fee. Don't ever go to this branch and spend your money on any other carrier other than Verizon!

    This is Christina & Vincent Peralez & went in with phone issues & I had to use my insurance for a new phone. I forgot my glasses & the manager (I forgot his name) was really nice & completely helped me file my claim. I initially got our phones from Justice & she really made us feel comfortable & like part of the Verizon family. Our family is Verizon for life. If only we were able to have Verizon Internet in our area we would be the happiest people ever

    TERRIBLE. i walked out the door CRYING because of how ignored i was in this establishment. I put my name on the waitlist, waited FORTY minutes and when i checked the waitlist again they TOOK MY NAME OFF without CALLING, TEXTING, OR LOOKING FOR ME. when i went to ask for help, they treated me like i was stupid for asking about my cellular transfer when my phone constantly tells me “contact verizon”. ITS NOT MY FIRST PHONE! I’ve tried transferring my data at home and it clearly DOESNT WORK! i was ignored for another 20 minutes and I walked out the door crying because of how frustrated i was with the service. and everyone looked at me like i was crazy. i am constantly met with rude people at verizon, its like a requirement to be rude to get hired at verizon because this same interaction has happened 3 times to me now— and after listening to another lady in the store complain about the same thing, i know im not the only one experiencing this.
