- MAMaria Acosta4 days ago1.0Please don’t be fool with this company is not Verizon direct….. they fool us they got us to a business account and we where having so bad service it was transferred to a regular account same day that we established service they send the business account to collections not even 30 days of service end up with a higher bill and no help we went to the store and non of the people that did the account call us back and they even block us no reply on text messages I will be seeking legal action against them. I REGRET LEAVING T MOBIL please be careful when you select the provider as soon as you make the contract they don’t offer no more help is crazy please be careful. Angelica doesn’t even reply the text messages and block us , And still don’t get great service María Acosta

This location and specifically their business manager have permanently tarnished Verizon’s reputation and credibility. It has become apparent that they will lie and make any empty promise needed to get the contract signed. The real shock and frustration comes with the first monthly bill, when you realize that nothing that they pitched to you in the store is as it seems. 1. The total monthly payment we were sold at signing is not what is now reflected on our monthly statement. 2. Multiple credits we were promised for phone trade-ins and Apple Watches are completely absent from our statements and when questioned, the store technician admits that they recall the business manager offering the credits, however offers no explanation as to why we are not receiving them. 3. We were sold a defective iphone with a broken camera which despite being within the 30 day return/exchange window, they claim they are unable to facilitate an exchange for the defective product that they provided Bottom line being, buyer beware, do not trust or place belief in what you are being sold at this store. Furthermore, because this is a franchise store and not a corporate Verizon store, Verizon customer service is unable to assist in rectifying any of the issues stated above. After multiple attempts at communication and countless frustrating hours, we have turned to reviews in an attempt to get them to honor that which was pitched to us.
