- BBBOct 17, 20251.0LSS, switched providers and couldn't pay the final bill online. I was told to pay in store. Arrived at 1020 just after opening. 2 employees w 3 customers. The others were making sales while I was the only one who needed to pay a bill. I was told to use the kiosk. Kiosk would not allow me to pay the bill bc my account was no longer active. I told the employee who now said it would be an even longer wait of an unknown time. I am temporarily DISABLED, and ABSOLUTELY ZERO consideration was given to me for any assistance despite this fact. I needed accommodation and they didn't care. Truly abysmal HORRIBLE service. I had to call Verizon from the parking lot who then magically took my payment, only to find they decided to charge me a $10 fee for paying over the phone, when THEY REFUSED initially and their own kiosk refused. This Verizon store clearly is not interested in courtesy or customer service and Verizon stole $10 from me, for which i am demanding a refund. We had been very very long term customers but since Verizon treated me so poorly why would I ever go back?

I asked a simple question regarding my child’s phone and an app, which I have full parental control and access to, and he flat-out refused to assist. Instead of offering support, he stated that he does not support a parent asking questions about their own child’s phone. On top of that, Jose was unwilling to even address a simple concern and redirected his own uncertainty rather than providing any real assistance. His attitude was aggressive, unprofessional, and made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. Avoid this location at all costs—horrible experience.
