  I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have never experienced service like this. I came into this Verizon location because my phone was stuck in SOS mode due to a SIM failure, meaning I could not make calls, send texts, or receive texts. I asked the employee assisting me, Shayden, for help, but he stated that he could not assist me. I specifically asked for a SIM card replacement to see if that would resolve the issue, and he refused to provide one, repeatedly stating that replacing the SIM would not fix the problem and that I needed to call 611. I explained multiple times that I could not dial out due to being in SOS mode and asked if he could assist by calling on my behalf. He told me that he was not able to call 611 for customers, which is simply not true. I have had Verizon employees call 611 on my behalf numerous times in the past. He even suggested that I go back to my job, connect to the internet, and call 611 from there, which was not a reasonable solution. It was very clear that he did not want to assist. I left, went to a different Verizon and the issue was resolved with a backend fix, confirming that assistance was possible at the time. I expect far better professionalism, honesty, and customer service from Verizon especially for a long-standing customer without phone service. When I later returned to ask for his name for documentation purposes, he refused to provide it, and I had to ask for a manager to move the situation forward. Extremely disappointing experience.

  They order phones they don't have and never tell customers they are on nationwide back order while sending it 2 day shipping spoke to Brian Carney the general manager who doesn't seem to know how to run a business this will be my last time using this store

  The Morgan Hill Verizon store is an absolute scam operation. I wasted 3 ½ hours there while they added lines I didn’t need, tried to upsell me on every little thing, and even tried to take away my hotspot without saying a word. They are only looking out for themselves, not the customer. Right after, I went to the corporate Verizon store in Gilroy and the difference was night and day. In less than 20 minutes, they put my original contract back in place, restored my hotspot, and actually saved me a ton of money compared to what Morgan Hill tried to stick me with. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from the Morgan Hill location. If you want real Verizon service, go straight to Gilroy or another corporate store. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with shady upsells and games.
