I wasted 3 ½ hours there while they added lines I didn’t need, tried to upsell me on every little thing, and even tried to take away my hotspot without saying a word. They are only looking out for themselves, not the customer. Right after, I went to the corporate Verizon store in Gilroy and the difference was night and day. In less than 20 minutes, they put my original contract back in place, restored my hotspot, and actually saved me a ton of money compared to what Morgan Hill tried to stick me with. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from the Morgan Hill location. If you want real Verizon service, go straight to Gilroy or another corporate store. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with shady upsells and games.

Additionally, authorized dealers should have the capability to provide return labels to customers. On a positive note, Alexis demonstrated excellent research skills when I asked about the location of the corporate store. The little bit of sarcasm you expressed about "googling" it was pretty spot on—Alexis, you know what I mean! (Speaking out loud "VERIZON CORPORATE STORE.....................MONTEREY CALFORNIA". this will refresh the memory). To the team: just because someone isn’t currently a customer of your specific store doesn’t mean they won’t be in the future. Customer engagement, especially with walk-ins, is crucial. There was no one behind me in line, so a little more kindness and patience next time would go a long way. Many customers aren’t tech-savvy and rely on your guidance for their overall Verizon experience. You are the face of Verizon to them, especially since we aren’t always educated on which stores to visit or avoid when purchasing products and services. Looking forward to a better experience next time! Not a one star reviewer kinda person, hopefully this will bring enough attention to this matter.
