Traded in 2 iPhone on s new sound for a "promotion " the "manager" kept promising to fix it saying i will see it in my account 3 months after yet I'm still waiting. Very disappointed at the fact that this place will lie to you even when i have paper proof what my promotion price should be. Update as of 11.11.25 Contacted the email they provided still gave me the go around and havent fixed a single issue. Attaching pictures to show how my bill went from 200 something to what it shows because promotional prices were not inputed correctly so i had to pay out of my pocket to keep my lines active. Its sad to think that i switched from T-Mobile because they werent cheap to something more ridiculous.
