  I've been to this location a few times and everytime they have been great , professional knowledgeable and very helpful. Even when they come across a rare issue or new they find a way to help. Like today Manny assisted me with an issue i had with my new watch and figured out how to get the issue sorted. I appreciate his patience and overall genuine kindness. Thanks again!

  Horrible service. They make you wait even when there aren't many customers and you see 2 or 3 employees floating around and chatting amongst themselves. Go anywhere else but here. Reaching out to corporate as well. Very unprofessional. Sales associate Johnny had no customer skills whatsoever. Our suggested wait time was 20 to 30mins. After waiting 45mins we asked if he could help us since all he was doing was standing in a corner with his arms folded. All he said to us was no! Very unprofessional. Finally when we pressed and asked again he said we had to wait for someone who was available. We asked if he could check on the time and how much longer we would be seen, he acted all confused and disoriented. We have 5 lines and have been solid loyal Verizon customers. This "Johnny" character made our shopping experience a horrible one and don't plan on returning to this store in the future. Please retrain this guy. Pretty sure he gives most customers the same treatment. Absolute zero stars for him. Next time offer an apology for the wait or inconvenience of not having a qualified associate available since all he was, was a mannequin. We went to the pico rivera Verizon store and were greeted upon entering the store by one of the workers there named Juan. He was very attentive, professional and above all courteous. After explaining to him the horrible service we received from Johnny at the montebello mall Verizon store, he apologized on his behalf and assured us we would have a more positive experience there at his store. Originally we were interested in upgrading my wife's smart watch to a newer model. We not only got the watch she wanted but also got a newer phone because of the patience and knowledge of Juan. I traded in my fold 6 and got the 25 ultra. Juan more than made up for the other guy's lack of professionalism and eagerness to help and make some sales. Thank you Juan for all of your help.

  Visited for tech support on a couple of minor issues with cell phone. Greeted at door by friendly staff member. Gave very pleasant and competent service. Solved our problems quickly and professionally.

  There was alot of people waiting and surprisingly the wait wasnt to bad. Friendly associates and very knowledgeable. They dont make you feel like their rushing you to make a choice or buy anything. Store was very clean.
