They were very busy but we were notified the amount of customers ahead of us and appreciated our patience. Joe was beyond amazing! He explained everything very thoroughly. I am one to have a million questions. He answered them all before I could even ask bc he covered all of that when we said we wanted to know prices. We were T Mobile customers for over 15 years! Bc they said the had the lowest prices. But I will say Verizon has definitely beat them by a lot!! Joe absolutely loves what he does bc he had such a positive energy always smiling. And still he took a step further to text us a couple days later to ask how everything was going with my family’s new phones and services. We did have some issues but even over the phone he handled it all immediately . We’ve been happy ever since. Absolutely no problems. 2nd time we came in we had a gentlemen by the name of Patrick and he was also very positive and extremely nice. And still Joe after he was done helping other customers stop by to check in on us and see if we needed anything else or any other questions. But overall my wife and I have had such an amazing experience at Verizon!!! Thank you Joe for making our experience beyond amazing !!
