  We needed to upgrade a phone and activate a phone line. We were assisted by Christian and he was very helpful during our process. We ended up having issues but he helped us through every step of the way. He was very responsive, kind, and attentive into what we were trying to do. He helped us get everything we needed done and did an excellent job! He gave us advice, good service, and promotions. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful.

  We stopped in this location to ask about switching back over to verizon and ask about lowering our payment. Julian was right on top of it. He answered all of our questions and helped set up back up with a new plan & phones. He helped lower our bill significantly. We appreciate all of his help! Thank you Julian! DeJan helped us the other night. He was very knowledgeable and patient while we needed to activate our two phone lines again. The process was tedious and involved needing to call Verizon support due to activating new phones and porting over from another company. I appreciate his help and would recommend DeJan anyday! Thanks again DeJan!

  Restored my trust in Verizon – excellent service from Valentino and Julian! I typically avoid going to Verizon stores, but this experience completely returned my trust. I came in with a complex request: I needed to open a business account, get a new phone number, and transfer an existing number from personal to business. Valentino and Julian were fantastic. They provided excellent, attentive service and handled the entire process perfectly from start to finish. It was a wonderful experience to have this done so smoothly. Highly recommended!

  Due to a unique and sad family situation, I was at risk of losing my phone number - a number I had since I was in middle school. I called this store desperate to figure out what my options were, and the associate manager Ethan offered to have me come in so we could solve the problem in person. I was touched by the level of care Ethan put into helping me find a solution, it was apparent that he had genuine empathy for my situation. On top of this, Ethan really knows his shit, he would help his colleagues out in between helping me. I cannot recommend this store enough if you're in a bind and need a personal touch to navigate the otherwise anxiety inducing issues that surround cell plans/phones.
