We came in after receiving a message that the phone I ordered for my upgrade was ready for pickup. We arrived about an hour and a half before closing, and my husband had just gotten off work. However, the experience this time was extremely disappointing. The employee on duty walked around and ignored us until 8:35 PM, even though the store closes at 9. When she finally approached us, she informed us, “Usually we don’t help since we don’t get credit for the sale.” So essentially, we were being told that we couldn’t receive assistance because she wouldn’t get credit for it. I’ve worked in various customer service roles and currently manage three offices, and this kind of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers should never be turned away simply because an employee doesn’t receive credit for the transaction.
