And 4 more came in. And there was o ky 2 guys working. And it's pretty obvious the verizon guys are exhausted. I get it. So the guys approaches me when it was my turn and immedialty says hey we close at 9 so unless you have a super quick question you'll need to cone back tomorrow. And he says he will set me up an appt. So I maje an appt for 10. Then he says when you come in tomorrow it will be first come first serve. Then what's the appt for. ? I start to leave. Then I hear the other sales guy tell a different customer that he can not sell him a phone until he goes home to cancel his old service, that the customer can't call from the store. So that customer left. And tick tick tick thwy start tag teaming telling every single customer their wifi is down. But guess what im on while I'm writing this review. Their wifi. Now it's me and one other customer and my sales guy is selling them a phone and line. I get they are tired but dam. 9 customers were showed away . What's bullshit is the other sales guy started saying very loudly to customers how much they would have to pay. So loud everyone heard him loud and clear so those customers were embarrassed out the door. And rt now sale guy #2 is putting oroduct away and intentionally being very loud and slamming items on the display racks just to make me feel uncomfortable so I will leave. Tired or not I don't see much professionalism. Oh wait they are showing away these guys too. I wonder how much verizon lost tonight alone. If I was a district manager I would be furious. Just my observation is 20 mins.
