Not only was the representative completely unhelpful, but they actually used abusive and offensive language toward me when I tried to explain my issue. It was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with any company. No customer should ever be spoken to the way I was. Instead of resolving my problem, the employee raised their voice, insulted me, and made me feel completely disrespected. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should never be tolerated by any business. I expected help, but instead I was met with hostility. I strongly urge Total Wireless to review their training and take immediate action against employees who think it’s okay to verbally abuse customers. I will be sharing this experience widely so others know what kind of “support” they might receive.
