Be very careful with this store.
My experience has been misleading at best — and at worst, outright fraudulent.
On June 1st, 2025, a sales representative (Steven K.) helped us with a family plan. We went in only for a trade-in promotion. Instead, he aggressively pushed us to add two extra phones with two new lines, insisting they were completely free.
He explained that we could use these “free phones” as backups instead of paying for insurance. I asked him — and his colleague — multiple times whether there would be any additional charges. Both assured me the phones and the lines were free.
That was a lie.
Since that day, we’ve been charged every single month for those extra phones and lines. When I informed the salesperson, he refused to take responsibility and told us to “call customer service.”
That led to months of wasted time — hours on the phone every month explaining the same situation, only to be charged again. This has interfered with my work and caused unnecessary financial loss. And the issue is still not fixed.
To make it worse, the salesperson promised our bill would remain around our previous amount ($147/month)for the whole plan. Instead, in October alone, we were charged:
• $172.83 on Oct 5
• $172.83 on Oct 17
• $56.98 on Oct 24
Total: $402.64
This store misrepresented charges, misled us into adding lines we did not need, and has refused accountability.
Consumers deserve honesty. What happened to us should not happen to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with the sales rep steven, he gave me all the wrong information about prices to sell me a iphone 16. He literally lied about everything. I also contacted with the manager which didn’t help. He also kept insisting on me to get a wifi which I refused and I got home noticed he put a wifi modem in my mobile package which I didn’t want when I went to return it he said you have to drop it off at UPS. I left the modem in the store and told him fine I will come back and do it. It was a one month free offer for wifi. I finally went back and got the modem and returned it at UPS but I found out I got charged $88 for that which I didn’t even want. I am so disappointed with this store the sales rep even and verizon’s customer service.

I walked into the store asking for an older iPhone for new work line. Steven the sales rep told me the promo for iPhone 17 made the phone on Verizon. I confirmed multiple times the promotion would pay without a trade-in and that it worked for add a line. Steven told me the phone would arrive in either 1 or 2 days at the latest.
5 days later I went in to pickup the phone and was told that promotion promised did not apply to the iPhone 17 and only the 16. Which I accepted because I didn’t need the 17. I undersold being upsold, being commissioned based, but you cannot blatantly lie to make sales.
The staff who fixed the issue were great.
EDIT UPDATE: the employee Steven called me tonight to come pick up my iPhone 17 that he lied about. I said I went into the store already and switched that to an iPhone 16 order. He responded with “ok?” Similar to how a dismissive teenager speaks. I told him that I am not going to get it and openly told him he lied to me and he responded again with “ok?”
Then told me it was an honest mistake. Never actually apologized.
I believe he was made to call all of the customers he lied to to apologize and still couldn’t bring himself to do it. I don’t think I’ve ever been called by someone working to then have them act like I am bothering them. An absolute insane series of interactions with a grown adult.
