However, I strongly recommend checking the technical setup of your equipment before handing it over to customers. In my case, the device didn’t work properly from the beginning, which led to unnecessary back-and-forth and wasted time. You are not personally to blame — the staff were polite and tried to help — but the issue clearly points to a lack of technical verification before delivery. Please make sure the next customer receives fully functional equipment. Otherwise, people will simply walk away.

A gentleman named Michael Bravo was the only person working this evening, and about six other people were ahead of me. I can tell you he took his time with each customer and was able to activate my phone in less than 15 minutes. I truly appreciate him, and I hope that Verizon Wireless management recognizes his hard work in their store. God bless Michael!!
- EVElsa ValienteSep 23, 20251.0Es la peor tienda que conozco la experiencia vivida en este lugar es lo peor me siento engañada ,se burlaron de mí ,siento que me robaron el día viernes 19 de Septiembre fui a conectar una tablet estando ahí me dijeron que podría activar mi otra línea y me darían un nuevo teléfono y una tablet gratis y que mi billetera no subiría porque me darían unos créditos y descuentos bla bla bla ya previamente en Marzo me dieron 2 líneas descuentos teléfono más las cuales me dieron las SIM CARD entonces el viernes les pagué $282.18 por la activación y para que no me subiera el Bill el próximo mes y así no viera ningún aumento el día de ayer regresé a la tienda debido que no tenía servicio en mi teléfono la persona ,un hombre que estaba ahí me dijo que no me podía ayudar porque estaba solo que buscara otra tienda debido corporación y bueno me fui a buscar la tienda y pues no la encontré debido que no tenía servicio en mi teléfono me regresé a casa y llame directamente a Verizon el día de ahora Martes regresé a la tienda para regresar la tablet y el teléfono que nunca me funcionó y de lo que pagué me regresaron $72.00 porque me dijo el vendedor que cargos por regresar ,pagos por desconectarlos ,el mensaje es que no vayan ahí ,llamen o aserqyence directamente a Verizon no a revendedores que solo lo engañan a uno para cobrarle el dinero al fin el que pierde es uno ,ella nunca pierden
