The female employee who assisted me showed a careless and unprofessional attitude, and she was not wearing a name badge, which made it impossible to identify her. Because of her lack of competence, I ended up wasting four hours of my time for nothing, and my issue was never resolved. She made no real effort to understand the problem, gave incomplete and unhelpful responses, and showed no initiative to assist. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a company like Verizon. I strongly request that Verizon management review this incident and take appropriate action regarding this employee, as her behavior seriously damages the company’s reputation and causes customers to lose trust.
