Akasia and Juan are incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. If you have any questions regarding your phone or service this is the place to go.
I met Juan the store manager, on his last day at this branch and found out that he was being transferred to the 2nd Street location. Akasia was the incoming new manager. I must say that they are both outstanding. They really care about everyone who walk in the store, thoroughly assisting them in figuring out the best savings. They are very honest and patient in working to get their customers the best plans, promotions and discounts.
I bought an iphone 17 pro max which they had to special order. I came back on a Sunday and the store was full of customers. Juan and Akasia, came in to the store on their day off just to help out. They are both so efficient and knowledgeable. I also noticed other customers praising them and were so happy with the assistance they provided. A customer who had bought his phone from Walmart walked in because he had cracked the screen on his phone. Juan was so nice and explained to the customer that Verizon does not repair damaged phone screens and directed him to a repair store in Cerritos. Most people would simply dismiss this customer since he did not purchase his phone from Verizon, but Juan was so helpful in extending assistance.
Juan and Akasia both exemplify what true leadership, management, customer service, team player and retail sales are all about. They are welcoming, friendly, patient, and skilled at what they do. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this branch because of them. Thank you so much Juan and Akasia - you guys are the best!!!

To say that Juan and his crew are a team that provides stellar customer service is just scratching the surface. They work hard to make sure you leave happy. Juan , the manager, sets the tone. He is so vested in his customers satisfaction and so knowledgeable about the billing nuances that he can keep your bill the lowest it will go. On our visit we were trying to end service on an IPad that was lost or stolen. He had the knowledge to point out that we could shift the residual cost to a mini pad that had already been paid and so going forward we would have the residual cost paid of monthly instead of in a lump sum of more than $400.

I’ve had Verizon for about 16 years. About 4 months ago I started having connectivity issues (snail slow, no internet, and cell phone going to SOS mode at the same time the internet drops) I have troubleshoot with Verizon had 2 internet boxes replaced, a technician come out. The box lies full bars yet no connection. All the technical support contradict themselves. One says yes there has been outages in the area, others nothing is showing, you need a window extender, other the window extender will not do anything, your signal is great in your area, the technician noted low signal in your area, your closed to the tower less than 2 miles you should be fine, oh your in a busy area so there is a lot of congestion, we will send a ticket to the tower location, oh there is no ticket, other it’s a know issue in your area because ether are working in your area today. I’ve requested to speak to a Supervisor, yet one is never available.. I requested a district manager call back and I am still waiting. I have changed my cell to a different carrier because I simply cannot be without internet and cell coverage. I am paying for a service I am not getting.
