At that time they had a promo going on that they would pay off my phone when I transferred from my current carrier, AT&T, up to $800. I was supposed to get some kind of credit gift card that I could utilize for whatever. After not receiving anything from them, I finally started investigating. They should they sent an email then I had to respond to. I looked and didn't see an email regarding this promo.So I went into the lodi verizon and started working on this at least 2 to 3 months ago. I jumped through every hoop that they put before me to get this promo. And yet, as of today, they still have not fixed or found a solution. I have sat in that store for an accumulated amount of time of hours.Waiting for a salesperson that could help me. And to the credit, there is a gal there named susan that has done a lot, but she keeps hitting beick walls. Now i'm hearing less and less replies from her about the status. I'm considered a senior citizen, and sometimes I wonder if it's because of my age that they think they can take advantage of me. With hindsight being 20/20, I would never switch to Verizon again. If you're ever in net verizon store or any other one, please express my views with them. Maybe with enough outrage, they'll give me my gift card. Thx Perry

I needed help trying to restore my wet phone and to buy a new phone, Devon knew Exactly what to do, he got my old phone to turn back on for me, went through all the steps to get me a new phone, set it up for me. He was so kind on a day I really needed it.
