  Great service yesterday from Reggie at Verizon. I went in to compare rates with T-Mobile and they more than delivered on better price and better features. Reggie was helpful and honest about my options. 👍

  If I can put 0 I will but I can’t what a horrible experience and customer service this place should be close treat a loyal customer the way they do should be punished. I order 4 phones 1 to be shipped and 3 to be picked up at this store after 4 day they call me saying that they can not Full film the order that I have to contact Verizon which I did than Verizon said not nothing is wrong you order should be at the store on the 24 just keep checking your email and your app okay Dec 24 I check still saying order in process and nothing else Dec 25 early I check no email yet not change on the status okay Dec 25 7:10 pm email saying the store cancel the order because you didn’t pick up…huh what I never got a notification or email or nothing what call Verizon am in the 26 they said phones are on the store we don’t know why they don’t sent you a notification but yes the phones are at the store….. well let me guess could be the guy that works there that cancel my order because on Sunday when I went to pick up the new phone and new line he was really upset well….he is the worse employee

  I came in to this store because I had an issue with my new iPhone that I needed some assistance with. I gave them my number, was put in the que, and didn’t have to wait long. I was assisted by a guy with glasses named Brian. I had an old iPhone I was trying to activate my number on, should they not be able to assist me with my iPhone 16 problem. Brian used one of the landlines in the store to call who he stated was customer service to help and assist with my iPhone issue. Mind you, they have all my information, verified through ID of who I am and the rightful owner of the phone. As I am talking to the lady on the other line, I recognized it was not a Verizon customer service phone number, it was the phone number to the local police department. I realized something was wrong when the lady on the line stated “they usually just hit the quick response button.” I come in to try and fix an issue with my iPhone only for them to call police department. This location has always had the worst customer service and disregard for their customers. I would recommend the location in Laguna Niguel, speak with Naomi. She knows what she is doing and won’t treat you like a criminal when you have an issue with your phone.
