    Rude guy working in this store. Takes forever on his computer. Doesn't know exactly what he is doing. Need more knowledgeable people and more workers. One person working with 3-4 people waiting.

    came here twice had a bad experience with the first person there. then we went to do my wife's upgrade and was helped by Layla one of the best experiences ever with her she was very informative and honest about everything even the prices from taxes to the phone and bill and even apologized for the last employee.after 12 year of being with Verizon she's one of best so far.
