I believe one of the most important things in any business in the U.S. is customer care and respect, but it seems like the manager here doesn’t have enough experience working in the U.S. or understanding what good customer service means. I’m usually the kind of person who always leaves positive reviews, but this time my experience was so disappointing that I felt I had to share it. Hopefully, they realize that they can’t treat customers however they want and ignore them — because customers are what keep a business running in America.

The team was always professional, friendly, and their customer service was great. The last time I visited was about two years ago, and I had a really good experience. But this time, after going there twice in the past two weeks, I was honestly very disappointed. The customer service was terrible, and the manager was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I was shocked to see how someone with zero customer service skills could be running this store. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location anymore.
