With the instructions the when home turn on the wifi and it will transfer over. However, she deactivated my phone number, and did not tell me. So I went the afternoon with no phone and when I was able to call customer service, I have now been on the phone for 2 hours trying to get my phone number working again. This is TERRIBLE experience and i will be writing a complaint with your corporate office. Do yourself a favor and switch to another service.
