I was close to leaving Verizon for another carrier. But I decided to make one last effort at our local Verizon store in Lafayette, California. I am so happy I did. Marvin Was incredible! So patient, was able to order phones for both Of my lines, got me a great deal, explained everything to me- honestly and with clear language. He then helped us Set up our new phones once they arrived at the store. Marvin is my guy! I will always go back and work with him. He’s helped me with other small issues over the past couple of years and every time he has been Extremely professional, Knowledgeable, efficient, Patient - and has a great personality on top of all that.

I kid you not Mohammed, Marvin and the Manager spent over an hour with me working on this. They were all so patient and we all had a few laughs throughout the time I was there. I highly recommend this branch, the customer service is top tier. 👍

He was professional, efficient, friendly and VERY PATIENT with me as well as all the other customers ahead of me. It has been a couple of days of being back and I have NO ISSUES with my transfer. Marvin did a great job in making this a smooth Verizon transition.
