Went in to trade in my phone, what seemed like the manager Marvin was helpful that day and we had to order in a new phone. All good, I'll come back and pick it up then trade my old one in not a problem. Needless to say, it took 3 more visits after that day to get the phone trade in completed and plan/promotion sorted out. Absolute waste of my time as I spent about 1-2 hours there each time with the other guy Mustafah who would have to call Verizon customer service to get help... Utter lack of respect for my time as a customer as I did not have a whole day to spend there not that anyone does or wants to for that matter. At one visit he turned of the service to my new phone in hopes of restoring whatever mess up happened in the first place to then leave me waiting for the new phone to get fixed so I could leave and go on with my day. Of course now a month later still dealing with on my account because of the way they set up the promotion and plan on the new phone, causing yet another few hours on the phone with regular Verizon customer service who was VERY helpful in sorting out this major debacle. Do NOT go to this joke of a store, find a REAL Verizon store to go to.
