That 1 representative had poor service and multi tasking skills. They have an alert for every time a person walks in the door and yet still no acknowledgement. I had to walk over and ask if there was anyone else who’d might be able to provide services. He was extremely rude dry and stale didn’t even care to look up smh Unprofessional and just unacceptable bad customer service. I ended up having to sit on the phone line with a representative after driving 15 to a location with horrible service! Excellent location..the area is beautiful but on this day unfortunately, poor service. Please try and do better…
