I had mentioned a concern about my cat and they didn’t seem to care at all or listen to my concerns. They also have a cat that roams around and my cat which does not get along with other cats was hissing at the door because the vet cat was outside. I shouldn’t have to worry about another cat roaming the vets office. Plus I requested worm medication and they used an excuse that my cat had to go in for testing when they had recently gone in they gave the medication without any testing at all. When I took my other cat and mentioned worms they just ignored me and only gave flea medication. Why would you prescribe it to one and not the other when they use the same litter and not do “testing” that they needed to do. Every exam is the vet just looking at my cat for a max of 2 min and that’s it. Plus the wait time while you’re in the room is no less than 45min. Won’t be returning I’ll take my animals elsewhere. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
- JRjames ramseyOct 3, 20251.0Took the money for bloodwork, told me my dog had cancer. Then told me to come back in 2 weeks to talk about the surgery. Even though they had earlier appointments. Never followed through on sending me estimates for the surgery.Went on and on about dry fog food , SURPRISE! They have a whole showroom of dry food! Nonetheless I took my dog to my old vet the next day. He cleared his schedule and removed the tumor that day. He informed me that this was a fast moving cancer and had to be removed immediately. I probably would have lost my dog if I had stuck to VCA’s plan. They need to stick with mopping their showroom floors and kenneling. I don’t know how they sleep at night. I’ll be a gentleman and save all the real true feelings I have for you to myself. Good luck on jockeying for a position in corporate America, The vet that helped us…absolutely no common sense.
- NNNAug 30, 20251.0This place is over-priced and I echo the sneaky price hikes in other reviews! Charged me $100 just to do a slight touch to my dog’s belly and tell me he’s in pain. Then they itemized two services that really could have been combined into one just to charge me more for each! Paawleezz! Another vet confirmed this for me. Glad I didn’t fall for it! Never bringing my baby here again either, some of the staff is rude, the vet that saw us gave me misleading dietary information (I’ve checked this too!) and the place just has an overall cold impersonal atmosphere - do not like it! Any time someone tells me my baby is “just a dog” that does not sit well - yes, he’s a dog but he’s also more than just a dog! Get honest with your prices, get people that truly understand these are not just pets they are family members, get kinder professional staff and a heart!
