Went in twice for assistance with a new phone activation and again for starting a trade in process for an old phone and was told TWICE to do it myself coz they can't do anything on their end.
Either it was utter incompetence or just unwilling to help. First time I went in, i told them that we were specifically instructed to go to a corporate store coz they need to check an ID. The only solution they could offer is for me to do it myself in store and most they can do is "guide me". It was funny because when I went to another Verizon in Downey, they were able to help me right away. He was also already giving me this solution without further review of what's happening on his end. He was quick to turn me away and offer a half ass solution.
I could go on but I'll save everyone's time by saying just go to another store. If u want an upgrade or a sale, check other branches or check Best Buy: they may have better deals anyway (which is what we ended up doing). Technical and customer service, go to another branch coz ure not making this store money so the "assistance" u get is pretty much do it yourself or having to ask someone else.

I cancelled my home internet online and was directed to return this to a corporate store. After initially telling me they couldn’t take it back (even though receipt from my email had this address listed). They told me I would have to wait 30 minutes to drop it off and get a receipt.
There were three employees walking around with tablets not helping anyone.
Also, they would not provide a printed receipt for the return. The agent threatened to charge me for it (threatened to fraudulently mark the device as not returned) because I took a picture of the device for my records that had him in it.
