- JSJessica Sharpe6 days ago1.0Tried to scam us out of money! We went to pick up my new iPhone and the employee told us to pick out our “free accessories”. At the end when paying, he then charged us for the accessories and other things we didn’t agree to. Please make sure to check your receipt when paying because they tried scamming multiple times and then we asked to see the price breakdown he got really irritated because we caught him scamming us.

The fee was to set up my phone however I told him I didnt want to set up my phone there and left without my phone set up. they also charged me a fee for not having my phone paid off but my phone was fully paid off. I had to call an ACTUAL Verizon store, mind you this is not a Verizon store its a retailer and they ended up refunding me. but i could not get ahold of this store on the phone. CHECK YOUR BILLS, when they wave it in front of you and dont print anything out MAKE THEM. Get an itemized receipt bc clearly they are after their own pocket books. I still overpaid by $10 bc verizon would only refund $40 of the total of $50 they overcharged me.

I had multiple issues that Alden addressed due to ordering my phones online, he not only went out of his way to take care of me, he acted as an owner to ensure I was set up 100%. In addition, he gave great recommendations for my Verizon plan, and sold me an Apple Watch which I’m very happy with. Alden is the type of person where I would go back to the store and just want to deal with him going toward, thanks for the best in class service!
