    I went to store because I experienced a technical issue with a phone number and was hoping for a solution. I even suggested one myself, but instead I was met with poor knowledge and blank stares! as if the rep had no idea what I was talking about. It felt like I knew more than they did “ which I did”.The good news is, I went to another Verizon location and received far better service without any hiccups and clear answers, without the excuses I was given here.

    I joined on February of 2025 and have had nothing but problems, lies, and empty promises. The managers and sales people at this store are horrible they lie, and deceive customers. They persuaded me to buy accessories from them with the promise of $200 credit, they deceived me to get a second line with the promise of a $500 credit and a $25.00 credit monthly for the second line, I traded my perfecting fine phone with a promise of a $1000 credit and When I first joined I was told to try out both business internets to see which one I like and return the one I don’t want and that I wasn’t going to be charged for it( I returned the one I didn’t want the next day) not only I didn’t get any of the credits I promised, I got charged for the second internet line and was told I will be refunded in 3 to 5 billing cycles (bullshit) and I never got refunded. For months I went into the store , inquiring about my credits for accessories they promised and the $500 credit for the second line, and the refund for the second internet line I got charged for but I never got those credits. Then every month I was overcharged for everything and the my trade in credit somehow dropped without me realizing it. I go back to the store wondering why my bill is so high, and I was told that all credits were dropped. The manager told me he fixed it and that I will see the credits again in 3 to 5 billing cycles. Bullshit again. I called customer service today 9 months later and there was nothing on their system that said the store manager had called and fixed the problems. They conned me into paying more so they can make an extra buck. They have no concern or morals whatsoever towards customers and poor unsuspecting people that are being deceived out of their money. I am going to make a formal complaint to better business bureau and if I don’t get my money back I will sue them in court for financial loss and putting me through so much stress and anxiety for 9 months. This place and its employees and managers are a JOKE. If you don’t want to be deceived and conned and be taken advantage of, I suggest to go elsewhere.
