My tech at this shop went by "Geo" if I remember correctly. After waiting about 20 minutes for him to show the woman in front of me 120% fantastic and patient service on her problem (and sending her off with smiles all around), he immediately turned to me and proceeded to go ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my phone working and setup on the network! He wasn't working off a script. He knew what he was doing and did real troubleshooting on a singular problem. ABOVE AND BEYOND! My phone didn't even come from this store but I'll be buying my next one from Geo at this shop!
