Avoid the representative named Adam (male, grey hair, wears glasses). This morning (9am on Nov 3rd 2025), I had several questions about my billing and was assisted by him. When I asked him to clarify, he said to me, “you have a chockfull of questions,” in an irritated tone. We had only been talking for 5-10 minutes. Throughout the conversation, he stood with his legs crossed, answering with short, dismissive answers and not making eye contact while I was standing right in front of him looking right at him, and this made the interaction very unprofessional. Adam was not able to answer my questions so I asked to speak with the manager.
The manager did not apologize for the behavior and declined to provide Adam’s full name when asked.
As a customer, I came to the store to get clarification on my billing. This was our second time visiting to get help because the first time the store was too busy. Customers should be treated with respect and should never be criticized or made to feel unwelcome for asking questions. This is not acceptable.

Every time I visit this store, I hope the service and customer care have improved — yet it always feels chaotic, as if they’re preparing to launch a space shuttle. You can walk in and stand there for several minutes without anyone acknowledging you. If you arrive around 6 PM, the staff will make sure to remind you that everyone is leaving before 7 PM and that the store closes at 7.
When you actually need assistance, they conveniently call customer support at 6:58 or 6:59 — knowing full well the support line is already closed. I was there last night and ended up wasting an hour. What stood out the most was the night store manager walking around doing absolutely nothing while customers were waiting for help.
I honestly don’t understand the purpose of having this store open when so many customers walk out disappointed every single time.
It is just terrible!
You can not win anything here since YOU GUYS do NOT CARE!

Extremely disappointing experience at this Verizon location. The staff here are unprofessional and misleading, with serious issues in how they handle customer accounts and billing. Communication is poor, accountability is lacking, and completely lost trust in this store.

This store is utterly corrupt. They deduct random amounts from our phone bills every month, with varying charges each time. They even include fees for unknown phone line numbers. Without our authorization, they purchased insurance on our behalf. This has been going on for months, and if I hadn’t checked the bills, who knows how long it would have continued. We’ve visited the store 7-8 times to negotiate and resolve the issue. When I was there, I saw other customers facing the same problem, being charged for services that never occurred. Warning! This store has serious issues!!!
