    The Verizon store in HB Atlanta and Beach blvd . Staff was very helpful answered all of our questions we had in regards to newly upgraded devices we ordered . Great customer service!

    Giving 1 star is a reach, TAYO O, hands down the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with in customer service. TAYO O is emotionally unstable and very unfit to be handling customers.. He added 3 extra lines when he tried to set up our brand new account and get this, he misspelled our email for a brand new account so we were not able to see any of the charges and the entire breakdown of what we bought, just said the receipts and confirmations would be in email. He attempted to scam us and when we showed up in person to confront him and hopefully resolve the issue, he seemingly took it personal and decided to get aggressive and attempt to yell over me, the dude is straight up unfit for a public job where critical details are presented (you’re debit card, ssn, etc) he set up an entire account and purposely dispelled our email knowing we wouldn’t be able to see anything. Verizon in person customer service is as bad as their over the phone customer service, minus the fact you won’t have some aggressive retail worker trying to protect his ego. Insane I even had to type this post, 0/5 would never recommend steeling foot in there if TAYO O is working, let alone I would avoid anything Verizon related
