I bought a phone here recently, and I found out later that the sales associate had downgraded my plan so it appeared that he had saved me money, but in reality he had just given me an inferior plan which was cheaper. I went to a regular Verizon store and they gave me an actual great deal with a high speed plan. It was way more of a headache than it needed to be. The resell stores are usually called ‘Victra’ stores. They use Verizon’s branding, so it can be hard to distinguish. The Victra stores like to say that they have the same prices and promos, but that was not my experience. Any phone that you purchase from Victra cannot be serviced by Verizon and vice versa. If you see a Victra sign on the door, go to another store.

An employee walked in from the backroom cursing about something he couldn't find, then seeing me waiting in line, greeted with aloofness. I gave my info, he grabbed his tablet, and I could hear him cursing again under his breath as he was frustratingly jotting down something on his tablet. This was going on for a good 10 minutes. Didn't even fully answer my questions. Had to ask him multiple times.
