But, Verizon has been the worst service I’ve ever used in my life. The service has been terrible, the internet on their phones is so slow, the entire network was down for multiple days when I first switched over. They’re incapable of doing what they promise they will do. And have let me down time and time again. I can’t wait to shut down my service with them and find any other network to be back with. Their customer service is awful and leaves so much to be desired. They’re the most expensive service and noticeably worse than my last provider T-Mobile who I can’t wait to return to in a couple of months.

I wish all. Verizon stores would take this kind of approach at customer service and the idea of long term revenue vs. instant commission! This location is a great representation of hood business!
