Extremely patient as he walked me through and handled the entire process of taking me off of someone else’s family plan and creating my own independent account all while keeping my same phone number. He was honest and efficient. I left the store with a brand new up to date Apple Watch and iPad. Along with a great protective case for the brand new IPhone. He made sure I had the one with extra storage so I don’t have to pay the iCloud anymore. I was in the most stressful unhappy mood since last night because I was dreading coming into a phone store with what felt like an impossible position I was in to immediately change my phone account. He made it so easy. All I had to do was sit there and answer a few questions. He balanced between other customers and I in a fast paced manner that didn’t make me feel rushed. He transferred all my info over to my new phone and I ven put my protective screen and case in with ease. I didn’t have to lift a single finger in this entire process. Thank you so much Ahad! I will be recommending you to anyone that will listen. I will also be looking for him for any help I need in the future. The world needs more Ahads.
