We had to drive a mile away to get service back but that was after we stayed on the phone with customer service for over three hours. We got four phones on our family plan and they wanted to trouble shoot every phone when it clearly stated that our service was disconnected. Our phone bill was not due for ten more days so "why we asked them" and they could not help us. They have no supervisor they outsource there customer service to out of our country and they suck. We are going back to T mobile this serves was such a big mistake.
