  Went to see about getting a phone, John helped me. Got a phone n was in an out within 30 to 40 minutes.

  Chris, the store manager, was very patient and helpful. He was porting over a phone number ftom my x's Verizon plan. He stayed past closing to finish the job. Great customer service. Top notch

  Horrible service. The calls are always being dropped we woke up this morning and our phone service were disconnected. We had to drive a mile away to get service back but that was after we stayed on the phone with customer service for over three hours. We got four phones on our family plan and they wanted to trouble shoot every phone when it clearly stated that our service was disconnected. Our phone bill was not due for ten more days so "why we asked them" and they could not help us. They have no supervisor they outsource there customer service to out of our country and they suck. We are going back to T mobile this serves was such a big mistake.

  I have had very good experiences buying phones and receiving service for all my phones I have gotten here , before buying my 8th phone with Estrella, she never processed my cash payment and now 3 days later my phone is cut off, and now total by verizon chat team on the app is asking for another 50$ for the plan. Estrella didn't know what she was doing and I had to tell her how to do her job, she tried to sell me a phone for 1$ and no plan connected to the phone , she had to text her manager how to do the job correctly. She needs more training experience and to become more knowledgeable in phone sales.
