  NOT A VERIZON STORE. Save yourself hundreds and go to the actual Verizon store a quarter mile away. This is a third party retailer and they will try to add a ton of fees with no explantion. They are trying to hide that they aren't really a Verizon store. I ordered a phone and when I went to pick it up they mentioned "okay you know about the $250 outdoor fees" and "$40 activation fee" please sign here. I told them no bc none of that had been disclosed when I ordered the phone in-person days earlier (same people working). These are fees specific to Russell Wireless on top of Verizon fees. Additionally, they promised both when I ordered and today that I could activate the phone at home later. Then she (Emily) tells me she has already deactivated my current phone so I don't have a choice anymore. And since she had already opened the phone box there's a $50 restocking fee. I took the phone and the very helpful people at the real store on Lacey (by American Tire) were able to help me and get it set up for me.

  Shouldn't even be called verizon.. change your damn sign to "Russell Cellular indirect location"... DO NOT go here.. they will get you for your money.. went in for a simple number transfer from xfinity to verizon right.. it was all within one week I did the number change hence ive been with verizon for over 15 years, so Ms.Mariah R @Russell Cellular charged me $40 to get back onto verizon.. then she made me a whole new account wich I DID NOT need at all.. I just needed to get back on to my dad's account.. so I go to the REAL VERIZON store located by American Tire Depot. They told me Mariah could have done a simple win back and shouldn't have been charged at all.. so I go back into "Russell Cellular" and ask the manager for a refund she claims that it was a charge through their service because they are a 3rd party location...I DID NOT know before hand that it was a 3rd party location.. if I'd known way before hand I woulda made my way to the REAL verizon... also because of Mariah R mistakes I was left without service for 6 days straight.. so yeah DO NOT GO TO THIS 3RD PARTY PLACE 👎👎👎👎 had to go through WAY too much BS because of this place

  I recently got a new phone here and Emily was amazing. She guided me through the process of trading in my phone and describing current offers which I ended up taking. She even helped another customer who needed help on how to navigate her new phone. She was great!
