Thank you, VCA, for always taking excellent care of our Checkers. ❤️🐶 All her doctors and vet techs have always been wonderful with Checkers. We always leave VCA feeling relieved and at peace of mind after every visit. Kudos to Dr. R. Florio last night for going above and beyond what we had initially sought and promptly calling us with the results before she left her shift. We truly appreciate your exceptional care, Doctor.

We live in LA but anytime we have a critical pet situation, we have gone to VCA Chatoak. This was our second time visiting after spending an insane amount of money and time at another vet to try and diagnose and care for our Rhodeshian Ridgeback Penny. Once we visited VCA Chatoak, Dr. Srinath worked tirelessly to try and help us diagnose Penny, she would call everyday, even after hours from her cell and wrote us the kindest hand written letter when she found out we had to put Penny down. There are not enough words to thank her and the staff at VCA for everything they did in trying to help. Thank you.

Thank you Chatoak! Our sick bunny needed care asap and the lady at the front desk was so wonderful and able to squeeze us in with Dr Binder the next business day. Dr Binder was so wonderful - definitely going to make her our main vet for our bunnies. She gave a thorough exam on our bun, focused on the main issue causing him pain and didn't try to upsell or gouge us in the least. Office visit cost was very reasonable too. This was a world of difference from the care we got from Ohana in Agoura Hills. And so much closer!

We’ve been coming here for 22 years and have been our vet for our 4 previous pugs. We had an initial visit for our newly adopted 10 year old pug. We had a 2pm appointment. We were running late. We received call at 2:05 to ask where we were. I said we were 8 minutes away. We arrived at 2:15. They said we’re too late and cannot be seen. I asked how long was each appointment for, and they said 40 minutes. So I said we’re here, let’s do a quick visit. I was told no, we can reschedule or leave our dog and he can be seen at the end of the day. I said no thank you. In 22 years, we have never been late. We have never complained when they make you wait.. sometimes more than half an hour. I guess it’s time to move on. Their service has declined since becoming at VCA. It’s all about how much they can charge now and how fast they can see clients. The quality of their vets have also declined.
