He acknowledged the customers waiting and let them know someone will be with them (something the other employees didn't do) Carl, you're the reason Verizon has a customer for life. If customer service was an Olympic sport, you'd take gold.

Understood that they might not be able to help me and would’ve totally understood if they actually acknowledged me since it was late. Just trying to drop off my phone for a trade in. Doors already locked when I arrived before closing. The staff member saw me and just ignored me while I waited outside in the cold. I knocked on the door and she just looked at me and then continued to ignore me. Recommend going to West Covina Verizon instead. Called ahead of time to see if they would take the trade-in since I listed Glendora as the original location, they said no problem and they were already being so helpful. I arrived to West Covina and was in and out in about 3 minutes with a printed receipt confirmation and everything. A shred of human decency doesn’t take a whole lot of effort.

I have been coming to this store for an extreme amount of years and I am so disappointed in the rude demeanor of the staff. Every time it is the same rude attitude and the unwillingness to help PAYING customers. I have a 9-5 job that I VALUE and I would never DREAM of speaking to the customers the way the people working here speak to their customers. I am repulsed by the lack of human decency.
