I was charged $57 for FVRCP vaccine for my kitten. They told me rabies vaccine was $78. Didn't get the rabies vaccine there. I went to another hospital. The prices for the same vaccines were $20 and $35. This is my first cat so I didn't know the prices beforehand. For me, it felt unnecessary overpriced.

Hands down the best around for my money. The attention to detail and customer service is remarkable. The support staff and doctors are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are very detailed oriented and take the time to explain everything little thing. I have never felt rushed or pushed along. They also have a fantastic in-house wellness plan too. I will continue to take both of my dogs there and highly recommend others give them a try. You will not be sorry.

I have been bringing my puppy here since June 2019 based on the recommendation of a friend, and both my pup and I have been very pleased with our experiences here. Everyone is helpful and friendly, the facilities are well maintained and appear well cleaned, and my dog is well taken care of. People are quick to answer the phone and respond to questions and concerns. The only reason I would consider giving four instead of five stars is that I have had to wait more than 20 min past my scheduled appointment times to be seen, which is stressful due to a demanding schedule; however, I understand that it is easy to be kept long with previous patients and appointments, and it is evident that VCA Alosta works hard to run as effectively as possible.

Office staff is awkward and not the friendliest. Doctor is ok as far as I could tell. However, I took one of my bulldogs to get neutered here and he was TRAUMATIZED after the experience. He was in lots of pain and scared of everything. A year has passed now and my dog has become untrusting of people and terrified mostly of tall men. Not sure if this had anything to do with the doctor but the problem only came about after getting him neutered here. Don’t know what happened that day but will NEVER go back after my dog reacted this way. Very upsetting.
