They constantly put you on hold and then hang up on you (repeatedly) The guy makes phone apts is rude and purposely hung up on me when I asked him not to be placed on hold because I was already hung up on twice prior. When you do get ahold of someone they only get half the information correct. I made an apt 2 weeks ago to give them time to order special food for my senior dogs. I cld to confirm apt for tomorrow and of course they didn’t order the food for my dog w/kidney disease. He’s almost out of food! I miss gateway! I will likely change vets! Overpriced w/terrible service!
