He also helped us get the old phone sorted out and confirmed for the transfer process. He explained everything thoroughly until we understood and helped us upgrade one of the lines. Brian also helped with explaining pricing and even showed us exactly how the promotion worked. Justin and Brian were very transparent with Verizon’s service and length of promotions. Justin helped us pick out a cute and sturdy case, a screen protector, and even camera lens protectors. Rudy took over with helping us when Justin had to go to lunch. Rudy then set up the new phone for us and even put the case and the screen and lens protectors on for us. When Justin came back from lunch, we were still waiting for the new phone to finish setting up. Justin helped us with the completion of the process and even assisted other customers in between us with no problem as he was the only associate left. Amazing service, thank you so much!!
