    Phone plans are great but their home 5g internet is horrible! Their costumer service is horrible as well in terms of resolution. You call them, they say they'll escalate, or that they'll call you back to check on it in 3 or 4 days, no one ever calls. Made so many calls about home internet dropping. This service is useless stick to regular home internet providers. Verizon needs to either keep their focus on phone plans or severely up their game on home internet.

    Went in the get a new phone and they said i cant get a new ohone without insurance and employee walked away and went to another customer then i was in phone with headquarters and gerardo gomez started to argue with headquarter , Headquarters did file a complaint against saying what he was doing is not true then asked for manager and said same thing and for district manager it took him 5 mins to walk to back verizon told me to walk out the store since they made a complaint about gerardo . Picked up phone at summint verizon . Bad service here

    The manager Enrique don’t know how to talk with the customers.I was sharing the review of network with verizon but hsaid you will be out the door next moment. I had the worst experience with him.

    Went into Verison in fontana today,,, transfer service to Verizon and was met by Linda. She was an amazing help, very patient, and understood my needs. Also thier MGR she was also amazing and clean office and caring. If you need a phone service Fontana Verizon is the place to go. Thank you again
