When the manager finally walked up, instead of helping, he was passive aggressive and dismissive. I explained that I had been waiting a long time, and his response was basically asking if I “see the rep with another customer,” instead of acknowledging the wait or trying to help. No apology, no professionalism, no customer service. If you value your time or expect basic respect, go to a different Verizon location. The manager is in the photo!

Recently had issues with two of our phones, Keneen went out of his way to help us and made sure everything made sense. Highly recommend coming here! We came in on 5th of November and got multiple phone lines (4) and we were supposed to get the phone on a promotion to switch over from t-mobile! Well Brandon ended up pulling a fast one and made the bill 4.99 per line more expensive! A simple fix but instead of fixing it. Brandon wanted to argue, I tried to pull up what he originally did and he didn’t want to see it!!!! By far the most shady Verizon store in this area! I wouldn’t even go to this store because of this shady leadership! I ended up calling Verizon and they fixed it for me and are now doing an investigation on this store but please don’t learn the hard way like me! Just go to any other store or buy online! Can’t wait for ai to take these shady salesman’s jobs cause these ppl are more shady than politicians!!!
