Instead of trying to assist, the employee handed me a paper with the same phone number I’d already called and told me to contact them again. It felt dismissive and unhelpful — if the store can’t handle these issues, they should at least make an effort to guide customers instead of just passing them off. I hope management reads this and takes action to improve the customer service experience. People come into the store for help because the phone support isn’t working — being turned away without effort is incredibly frustrating.
