They told me the monthly fees would be less and that screen protectors are lifetime free replacements. I asked if they were positive these things were accurate based on my specific data and needs. I had my ATT contract with me. They assured me they were. Once I moved over, my monthly fees are more expensive and they just told me, “sorry we cannot honor the screen protectors. The employee and manager who sold you that are no longer here”. If they offer you any “deals”, be sure they are it in writing. I will never shop here or at any Victra store again. I gave them two stars because the phones work as advertised. Although, this is more due to Apple than Victra.
- GRGil RonNov 29, 20251.0I came yesterday for the black friday, i was offered to upgrade on a new phone and it will include a new smart watch and a tablet, they told me no increase or changes on my monthly, they even told me they will buy out my phone so i can upgrade, in the end they made me payout my phone and told me my monthly will be over $200, i have to cancel the upgrade because they lied to me about the bill, i will never ever go there, my experience is so horrible with them, they are disrespectful and not even one of them even apologize about their mistake. Please stay away from this store, we have other better verizon store in folsom.
