Her "solution" was to reinstate our lines on separate, full-price consumer plans, resulting in the PERMANENT revocation of our decades-old loyalty discount. The immediate financial damage is an unjustifiable $1,500 monthly increase. When confronted, she simply stated, "I can't honor history, just what the system shows now." This wasn't an error; it was financial and administrative sabotage that forced us to immediately pull all business services. Moreover, our extensive network of business partners is following suit and leaving Verizon entirely. DO NOT entrust your business to this company or this store (-5 Stars).

He demonstrated his knowledge, his patience, and his ability to keep a level head while things were going wrong. I hope to not have to go back in store for a long while, but if I do, ill make it a point to go on a day that he is working. Thank you, Jared, for making a rocky situation smooth and easy.
