I am new subscriber to Verizon. Since we, together my hubby were seniors not techno savvy, he made possible to make our life at ease. A lot of times these processes can be difficult and stressful as they have been in our past but she was kind, friendly and very informative. 10/10 service 😇 The other young lady working was friendly as well but we didn’t catch her name. We must say the staff we interacted with was pretty great 😊
