They spent over two hours on the phone with Verizon customer service on my behalf, making sure the extra charges were taken care of and that everything was done the right way. What impressed me most was their patience, persistence, and willingness to truly advocate for the customer. It’s rare to find people who care that much and put in that kind of effort. One of the stores across the way in the mall also spoke incredibly ly highly of her work ethics as they watched from a far she stepped in the back of the store as I was walking toward the store after entering the Mall. I asked an across the aisle if Verizon was still open. The sales person on the other side stated…She’s by herself. She only locks the door to use the bathroom and keep the store secure. & they are super short staffed. Additionally, the non. Edison staff member stated that Stacey won’t be long.
