  I was involved in an unpleasant customer service experience on 10/19 with sales representative Rodney and manager of the day Ulysses that confirms their consistent 1star customer service ratings. My wife and I wanted to upgrade our phones and stopped by the store to discuss the process. Upon entering the store, we encountered Rodney. Instead of showing a customer friendly attitude by greeting and approaching us. We had to approach and engage with him. At the time there was a couple engaged with another sales representative and no other customers. During the course of the interaction he demonstrated a dismissive and condescending attitude and responded to a question about canceling an order by saying “I only do sales”. When asked to get the manager, the response was “the manager was too busy”. He then went to the back to get the manager. After waiting a while I asked the second sales representative to check with them to determine when he (the manager ) would be available. When Ulysses, the manager finally came to the front the poor customer service experience continued. 1. I introduced myself. He was low energy and seemed annoyed that we were bothering him. He lazily provided his name. 2. He was dismissive of our requests and was unwilling to find solutions. Sensing that the conversation wasn’t working, I asked for the name of the area/region manager (the person he reports to). He said no. However after I reminded him of the power of the internet to provide information no matter what he did he provided me with the requested information. The frustration with the poor service led to us leave the store without completing the transaction. Plans are to follow up with contacting the manager to discuss this further. UPDATE Spoke with a customer service rep and left message on their customer response website. Both communicated that someone would respond within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately they failed to do as they said. Time to take my business elsewhere.

  Horrible customer service, I visited the Vacaville location and was told that the Fairfield location had two of each of the particular phones I was interested in. I drove to Fairfield only to be told they didn’t have any in stock even though a gentleman in the background was telling another customer he had two in stock. Will definitely not be returning to this location again

  Useless place. Spent two hours at the store to transfer the esim, not only he weren't to do so, the employee Adrienne locked my kid out of his phone number because he tried to authenticate it multiple times. Stay away, they don't know what they are doing. I also felt uneasy about the way that employee handle customer phone and take it away unlocked.
