I was in the store and when I went to the front desk they said they couldn't find me and put me back in line. The woman was rude when I asked about it so I left. I was there to spend money and they wasted my time and treated me like I did something wrong.

There is no recourse, nobody who works for them that can help, all of the workers are basically bot slaves telling you to do the work yourself, and when you try to do anything yourself you will be forced to pay by an automated system that does nothing for you.
