There is no recourse, nobody who works for them that can help, all of the workers are basically bot slaves telling you to do the work yourself, and when you try to do anything yourself you will be forced to pay by an automated system that does nothing for you.

COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERIZON TECH SUPPORT AND APPLE TECH SUPPORT!!! IT GOT SO BAD THAT THE VERIZON REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO THE STORE, FILE A BUYER’S REMORSE AND GET ANOTHER BRAND NEW iPHONE 15!!! TODAY IS JUNE 30th!!! AND I AM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH VERIZON AND I REGRET TRANSFERRING AND SIGNING UP WITH VERIZON!!!
